At Military Outdoors, we want customers to receive the correct items in the condition described on the product page. Please review our return and refund rules before placing an order.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you must contact us within 14 calendar days after your order has been delivered if you want to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. The return address may depend on the item and order details.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@military-outdoors.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the problem and provide the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made items, including printed dog tags unless we made an error
- Face masks, base layers, underwear, and similar hygiene-sensitive items
- Clearance or final sale products when clearly marked as non-returnable
- Items that cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or product-specific restrictions

Clothing, Footwear, Size, and Color
For clothing and footwear, customers are responsible for choosing the correct size using the size chart and product measurements shown on the product page.
Size exchanges may be available when the item is unused, unworn, in original condition, and the requested size is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches. Minor color differences are not considered a product defect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, contact us first. If your return is approved, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
