Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, but you've got a whole week (7 calendar days) to decide if you want to keep or return your product and send it back within 14 days from date of delivery..
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after the package was delivered, at info@military-outdoors.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address which we will provide you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer provides return shipping, unless it is a damaged or incorrectly sent product.
You will be charged 15% restocking fee for each product you return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately after receiving the package or within 24 hours at the latest. Otherwise, your complaint will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
While we're sure you'll pick something you love, be sure to choose wisely as we don't offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ online or in-store—unless, of course it's faulty. Get in touch with us to discuss.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Clearance Products cannot be returned or refunded
- Due to the nature of military surplus, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange for store credit.
- Face Masks, base layer/underwear
- Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Gift cards may not be returned. Gift cards are also not redeemable for cash.
- Printed Dog Tags (unless we have made an error).
- Due to fraud that occurs with gift card purchases, you are required to keep your gift card safe. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS after using a gift card for a purchase!
We may refuse the return of items that do not comply with the above criteria.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Clothing and footwear:
The amount paid cannot be refunded, but the clothing or footwear can be exchanged for another, the same one only in different size if size does not suit you. All our products have a size chart and a warning that you should choose the products according to your measurements from the table and not according to the size labels.
You cannot request refund if the color is slightly different from the color in the pictures on our website. All our products in description have a warning about the possibility of colors differences.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
